Wende Juarez is an experienced QA Analyst at eMDs since September 2020 and has been with e-MDs Medical Software as a Senior Support Analyst since March 2012, where responsibilities include researching and resolving escalated software trouble tickets and managing product line cases in collaboration with Product and Development teams. Previous experience includes serving as a Loan Originator at UniPro Training from January 2011 to January 2012 and as an Operations Assistant at Mercury Communications from 2000 to 2002.
