José Escudero

José Escudero has over 15 years of experience in the IT industry. In 2004, they began their career as a WEB Developer at Guiarte Multimedia S.L. From 2006 to 2013, they worked at Celfocus in various roles, including Team Leader/Architect/Developer at OM+, OM & EAI Architect at Siebel Upgrade & Architecture Reengineering for Vodafone Portugal, EAI Analyst/Developer/Production Support (3rd line) at Vodafone Egypt, and Technical Analyst & Developer at MVNOs (Mobile Virtual Network Operators) for Vodafone Portugal. In 2009, they worked as an Integration Evangelist at Edge Innovation and as an OM & Integration Consultant at ZON TV Cabo. From 2016 to 2018, they were the Managing Director at Driven®, a creative technology consultancy SME. In 2018, they became the CTO of Connect Enterprises. In 2019, they became Eng. Manager at e.near, collaborating with the company to deliver the best nearshore IT solutions with software engineering services throughout the globe, and Programme Manager at Myfixbit, where they worked with the world’s most popular enterprise innovation framework.

José Escudero has a comprehensive education history. José obtained their High School degree from Instituto Español de Lisboa between 1986 and 2000. José then went on to receive an Engineering degree in Information Technology from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid between 2000 and 2005. José followed this up with an MSc in Information Technology from Brno University of Technology between 2005 and 2006. José then obtained a Master's Degree in WEB-based distributed applications from Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia - U.N.E.D. between 2007 and 2008. Finally, they earned their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in IT from Instituto de Directivos de Empresa (IDE-CESEM) between 2008 and 2010. José has also obtained numerous certifications, including a Certified ScrumMaster® from the Scrum Alliance in 2015, a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) from Cisco in 2006, and a TIBCO ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks 5 certification from TIBCO in 2010.
