Christian Lehmann

Christian Lehmann has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Christian started their career at SINTEF Energy Research as a Research Scientist, focusing on modeling and process simulation for evaluating the Life Cycle Climate Performance of refrigerants. Christian then worked at Hochschule Weihenstephan-Triesdorf and Universität Bayreuth as a Student Assistant before joining Universität Bayreuth, Fraunhofer-Projektgruppe Prozessinnovation as a Scientific Assistant, where they focused on resource-efficient production. Christian then transitioned to the consulting field, working at KONEXUS Consulting Group as both a Consultant and later as a Senior Consultant. In their roles, they provided expertise and guidance to various clients. Currently, Christian is working at E.ON Deutschland as the Head of Payments & Collection Analytics, leading initiatives related to digitalization, BI tools, benchmarks, and performance analysis. Throughout their career, Christian has showcased their expertise in analytics, digitalization, project management, and process optimization.

Christian Lehmann obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Technologie Erneuerbarer Energien from Hochschule Weihenstephan-Triesdorf in 2013. Christian then pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Energy Science and Technology (Energietechnik) from the University of Bayreuth from 2013 to 2015. In addition to their formal education, they hold certifications such as Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) from Scrum.org and has completed the Metaplan Boostcamp for Young Professionals in 2020. Christian also obtained certifications such as Projektleiter-TÜV from TÜV Süd in 2016, Six Sigma Green Belt from the American Society for Quality (ASQ) - MENA in 2014, and Fremdsprachenzertifikat UNIcert Französisch I and UNIcert Englisch III from the Sprachenzentrum der Hochschule Weihenstephan-Triesdorf in 2013 and 2011 respectively.
