Dr. Andreas Wild

Dr. Andreas Wild is a seasoned professional in human resource development with extensive experience in both senior and expert roles. Currently serving as Senior Expert Human Resource Development at E.ON Energie Deutschland GmbH since February 2018, Dr. Wild previously held the position of Interim Leiter Personal- und Führungskräfteentwicklung at Westnetz GmbH from March 2023 to February 2024. Prior to these roles, significant contributions were made as Senior Expert Human Resource Development at Generali from December 2013 to January 2018 and as HR Expert Human Resource Development at Generali Deutschland Holding AG from July 2009 to November 2013. Dr. Wild began the career with an internship at ifp | Executive Search Management Diagnostics in 2008. Academically, Dr. Wild completed a Diplom in Psychology from the University of Koblenz and Landau in 2010, followed by a Doctorate in Human Resource Management from the same institution in 2015.
