Elisabeth Breuer

Elisabeth Breuer has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple companies and roles. Elisabeth started their career as an intern at RWE Rheinbraun AG in 2001, followed by an internship at the Konrad Adenauer Foundation in 2002. Elisabeth then worked at Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität Münster as a research assistant, tutor, and supervisor from 1999 to 2003.

In 2002, Elisabeth worked as a freelancer at Bremer & Partner before joining Branch Germany GmbH as an Assistant to the Management Board in 2004. Elisabeth provided consulting services for Scandinavian companies entering the German market.

From 2006 to 2014, Elisabeth worked at RWE AG in various managerial roles. Elisabeth managed group-wide tools and processes for executives and non-executive employees, including performance management, talent management, and diversity management. Elisabeth also had responsibilities in compensation, benefits, and global mobility, as well as HR marketing, talent recruiting, and development programs for high potentials.

In 2014, Elisabeth joined RWE Group Business Services GmbH as the Head of People Development, Cluster Services & Renewables, where they set up an effective organization serving thousands of employees.

From 2017 to 2020, they worked at innogy SE, initially as the Head of People Development, Cluster Services & Renewables, and later as the Head of Digital Sales & Service (B2C Germany). In these roles, they managed teams, led international leadership development projects, and was responsible for learning and development, talent identification, and performance management.

Elisabeth is currently working at E.ON Deutschland, where they hold various senior leadership positions. Elisabeth has served as the Head of Digital Sales & Service and the Vice President of Service Processes (B2C). Currently, they hold the position of Senior Vice President of Product & Pricing, driving strategic initiatives in that area.

Overall, Elisabeth Breuer has extensive experience in leadership roles, particularly in the areas of digital sales and service, people development, and talent management.

Elisabeth Breuer has a diverse education history. In 2020-2021, they completed the Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) program at scrum.org. Prior to that, they attended the University of Münster from 1997 to 2004 and obtained a Diplom degree in Psychology. In 2000-2001, they also pursued studies in Psychology and Nordic Philology at Uppsala University. Their secondary education includes earning an Abitur degree from Pestalozzi Gymnasium Unna from 1988 to 1997. Additionally, they obtained the Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I) certification from scrum.org in 2021.
