Prior to this, they held the position of EVP, Managing Director Digital Innovation & Integrated Media - Europe & Africa at BCW Global, where they focused on healthcare and complex products. Before that, they worked as the Head of Digital Strategy at MaibornWolff GmbH, bridging the gap between IT and business for their clients. Jan also has experience in the consumer appliances industry, having served as the Global Digital Transition - Head of Social Media at BSH Home Appliances Group. Jan began their career in media planning at mpg - media planning group. Overall, Jan has a strong track record in digital transformation and strategic planning.
Jan Warp completed their education from 2000 to 2003 at FHDW - Fachhochschule der Wirtschaft, Bergisch Gladbach, where they received a Diplom Kaufmann (Graduate in Business Administration) degree with a specialization in European Management. Additionally, in November 2018, they obtained certification as a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance.
