Lena Lupprian

Lena Lupprian is an experienced User Experience Manager currently at E.ON Energie Deutschland GmbH since January 2019, focusing on the design and information architecture of responsive websites and apps for existing customers. Previous roles include UX Designer at adesso mobile solutions GmbH, where Lena conducted user surveys, ideation, and usability testing, and freelance contributions at Marc && Mando GbR, supporting startup initiatives, client acquisition, and website conception. Additionally, Lena completed a thesis on "Customer Journey Management" during an internship at Ray Sono, and gained early experience through internships in media design and product management. Lena holds a Master of Arts in Media & Design Management from RheinMain University and a Bachelor of Science in Online Media from Hochschule Furtwangen.
