Lena Saldern has an extensive work experience in the field of digital marketing and sales. ⭐Lena currently holds the position of Head of Digital Sales Enablement und Innovation / Chapter Lead at E.ON Deutschland, where they are responsible for establishing and expanding the chapter for digital sales within the agile organization. ⭐Lena also coordinates EON Business System measures and manages relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Prior to this, Lena was the Head of Performance Marketing & Online Marketing Intelligence at E.ON, where they led a team of 15 and focused on strategies for achieving MTP goals, budget management, and data-driven sales management. Lena also has experience as a Director of Digital Marketing & Partner at eviom GmbH, where they led various digital marketing disciplines and built up the respective departments. Additionally, they have worked as a podcast host and founder of "Digital HeroeZ Talk" and has provided consulting services in online marketing and social media.
