Luca Büddeker

Luca Büddeker is a Conversational Experience Expert at E.ON Energie Deutschland GmbH, a position held since April 2021. Prior to this role, Luca worked as a Digital Booster with a focus on UX/CX at E.ON from January to March 2021, and contributed to customer journey improvements and mobile app prototyping at E wie einfach between September and December 2020. Earlier in 2020, experiences included chatbot training and KPI tracking in the Digital Excellence Team at E.ON and project management for digital transformation from innogy. Luca has a solid background, having served as a Digital Booster and student worker at innogy SE from July 2018 to December 2020, and gained online marketing experience as an intern at Linkfluence. Luca holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Cognitive and Media Sciences from the University of Duisburg-Essen.
