Stefan Welling

Stefan Welling has extensive experience in agile methodologies and project management, serving as Scrum Master and Agile Coach at E.ON Energie Deutschland GmbH since October 2020, where responsibilities include guiding Scrum teams towards self-organization and efficiency, as well as supporting Jira administration. In addition, Welling is a Project Manager and Scrum Master at innogy SE since January 2015, working on the Move program which exemplifies agile and lean principles. Welling's career began at RWE IT GmbH in September 1998, focusing on IT consulting, and also includes a role at Vaillant Consulting from August 1996 to August 1998, where project leadership for SAP R/3 implementation in international subsidiaries was a key responsibility. Welling holds a Diplom Betriebswirt in Betriebswirtschaftslehre from Fachhochschule Bochum.
