Krushanthan Kugendranathan is an experienced operations manager currently working at E.ON Drive Infrastructure since June 2023, following a role as a working student in team operations. Prior to this, Krushanthan held a working student position at Trane Technologies from June 2021 to May 2023, and at FRIGOBLOCK GmbH from October 2019 to May 2021, where involvement in manufacturing engineering was prominent. A background in personal management and retail operations was developed during tenure at Trink & Spare Getränkefachmärkte GmbH from August 2014 to March 2019, where responsibilities included personnel planning and customer service. Additional experience includes various roles in retail, development, and support, encompassing internship experience at Stahlbau Bruno RATTEY GmbH & Co.KG and early engagements at TEDi and the Deutscher Kinderschutzbund Ortsverband Essen.
