Richard Beardsworth MSc is an experienced service designer and researcher with a robust background in various industries, currently serving as a Senior Service Designer/Researcher at E.ON Next since April 2024. Previously, Richard held senior roles at Lloyds Banking Group and The Scottish Government, contributing expertise in service design and research. Richard's experience includes significant positions at Spotify, Shell, and British Gas, where responsibilities spanned service and product design across multiple platforms and applications. Richard has also led design efforts for national endeavors such as the National Lottery and collaborated with startups like Dugout Limited. Richard holds a Master of Science in Product Design from Technological University Dublin and a Bachelor of Engineering in Digital Media Technology from Dún Laoghaire Institute of Art, Design and Technology.
