Jonas Lundgren

Jonas Lundgren is an experienced professional in mergers and acquisitions, currently serving as the Head of M&A at E.ON Sverige since October 2022, where the focus is on driving M&A deal flow and managing projects related to acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures in the Nordic region. Additionally, Jonas holds a position as an external board member at LEAX Group, concentrating on long-term financial planning. Previously, Jonas was the Managing Director at Perusa AB, the Swedish subsidiary of Perusa GmbH, and has also founded Oakbridge AB, a dormant advisory firm. Other significant roles include Chairman of the Board at Coresec Systems and SEM Holding AB, along with a long tenure at KPMG where Jonas worked as a Senior Manager and Associate Director in Corporate Finance and M&A. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in International Management from HEC Lausanne and a Master of Science in Economics from Uppsala University, along with certification as a European Financial Analyst.
