Leif Frendin

Leif Frendin is an experienced professional in the fields of information security and automation, currently serving as the Information Security Officer and Group Manager for the Cyber Emergency Response Team Nordic at E.ON Sverige since October 2023. Prior to this role, Leif was an OT and Digitalization Specialist at E.ON Energiinfrastruktur AB from March 2020 to October 2023, overseeing common OT systems. Leif's earlier experience includes positions as Group Manager at SWECO Energy AB, where full profit responsibility was managed for a team of 11 consultants, and Business Unit Manager at Grontmij AB Sverige, responsible for an Automation and Electrical unit. Initial roles involved project management and engineering at several renowned companies including Elektroautomatik AB, TAC Svenska AB, ABB Automation System AB, and Alfa Laval Automation AB. Leif holds a degree in Industrial Automation from The Faculty of Engineering at Lund University.
