Asmita Dhital is a seasoned professional specializing in business transformation and workforce development. Currently serving as Business Transformation Manager at E.ON since September 2023, Asmita previously held various leadership roles at CloudFactory, including Director of Workforce Success and Global Head of Workforce Development, where responsibilities encompassed talent sourcing, acquisition, management, and the strategic engagement of over 6,000 CloudWorkers. Additional experience includes roles at BBC Media Action, Possible, Up with People, and SAATH. Asmita holds a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and has completed executive education programs at Harvard Business School.
