Rebecca Gregory-Kerr

Rebecca Gregory-Kerr currently serves as a Business Delivery Manager at E.ON since November 2022. Previously, Rebecca held several roles at npower from March 2009 to August 2021, including Change Manager and Programme Manager, where management of the Energy Migration Programme and associated risk processes was key. As Design Authority Manager, Rebecca led the Design Authority Team in managing change pipelines and procurement for a significant multi-country harmonization programme. Additional roles included Transformational Change Manager, Senior Product Developer, and Data Management Lead, each contributing to successful implementations in the energy sector. Prior experience includes a Business Consultant role at LogicaCMG and Business Analyst positions at Centrica - British Gas, where Rebecca gained extensive experience in change management and data migration processes. Education was completed at Solihull Sixth Form from 1995 to 1997.
