Victoria Ossadnik

Victoria Ossadnik, born on July 15, 1968 in Frankfurt am Main, studied and received her doctorate as a physicist at the Ludwig Maximilians University (LMU) in Munich.

She began her professional career as COO at SCANLAB GmbH and then worked at CSC Ploenzke AG, including two years as CEO of the joint venture division. In 2003 she became a member of the management of ORACLE Deutschland GmbH, where she oversaw Technology Consulting for Northern Europe. From 2011 to 2015 she was a member of the Board of Management of Microsoft Deutschland GmbH. Afterwards took on responsibility for the enterprise service data and artificial intelligence organization of Microsoft Corp. until 2018.

In 2018, Victoria Ossadnik joined the E.ON Group as CEO of E.ON Energie Deutschland GmbH.

Victoria Ossadnik has been a member of the E.ON SE Executive Board since April 2021 and is responsible for the Group's digitalization and IT strategy. In addition, she is responsible for the areas of digital technology and inhouse consulting.
