Nicolas de Boe

Nicolas De Boe currently serves as Group CFO at e-power®, a prominent producer of power generators, since January 2024. Previously, Nicolas held the position of CFO International and Senior Vice President at Velsera, where responsibilities included aligning business processes with financial goals as part of the Senior Leadership Team. Prior experience includes roles as CFO at UgenTec and Group Finance Director at Greenyard, overseeing finance functions across multiple countries and entities. Nicolas also contributed to Voka as a mentor for the Transitio Program and spent over a decade at Ernst & Young in Transaction Advisory Services, gaining extensive experience in financial due diligence and project management. Educational qualifications include an Accelerated Development Programme from London Business School and degrees from KU Leuven.
