Bill Dwyer has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Bill began their career at ER Wagner in 1998 as a Tool Room and Press Department Supervisor, responsibilities included supervising staff, reviewing tooling design, and ordering raw materials. In 2005, they joined Oconomowoc Manufacturing Corp as a Tool Room Supervisor. Bill then moved on to Oconomowoc Mfg. Corp in 2016, where they served as an Assembly and CNC Supervisor. In the same year, they returned to ER Wagner and took on the role of Tool Room and Roll Feed Manager before transitioning to the position of Tool Room and Roll Feed Press Manager. In 2018, they became a Machine and Tooling Specialist, troubleshooting stamping processes and tooling issues. Bill continued in this role until 2019 when they became a Manufacturing Engineer at ER Wagner, where their responsibilities included troubleshooting stamping processes, tooling issues, and programming a 660 ton servo drive press.

Bill Dwyer attended Moraine Park Technical College from 1984 to 1985, where they pursued a degree in Tool and Die Technology/Technician.
