Earlier experience includes serving as Principal Research Analyst at Deltek, where in-depth research and analysis supported the government contracting community, and as Research Analyst at JANSON Communications, providing analyses for the aerospace and defense industries. Rachel's career began as International Tour Coordinator at the Bellingham/Whatcom Chamber of Commerce. Rachel holds a BA in International Business with a focus on Chinese from Western Washington University.
