Michelle Garbett has extensive experience in housing strategy and policy, currently serving as Service Manager for Housing Strategy and Policy at City of Wolverhampton Council since November 2019. Prior to this role, Michelle held positions including Service Lead for Housing Strategy and Housing Policy Officer.
