Paul Edmunds

Paul Edmunds has extensive experience in property project management and building surveying, currently serving as the Building Work Stream Lead at West Midland Trains and as Project Manager Property for London and North Western Railway Co Ltd. since April 2019. In addition, Paul has been with the City of Wolverhampton Council since November 1990, where the role of Senior Project Manager has been fulfilled for the past three years, overseeing a team of Quantity Surveyors, Project Managers, and a Clerk of Works. Previous experience includes a position as Professional and Technical Officer at Property Services Agency Ltd., focusing on maintenance and minor works projects in specialized military and civil environments from February 1987 to November 1990.
