Jean Philippe Roberge

Jean-Philippe Roberge has extensive work experience in operations and supply chain management. Jean-Philippe is currently the Vice President of Operations at E-SMART, a position they have held since October 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Operations at E-SMART from August 2019 to September 2021.

Before joining E-SMART, Roberge worked at Haivision for four years. Jean-Philippe started as a Production Manager in January 2015 and was later promoted to Director of Supply Chain in June 2016. In November 2018, they were promoted to Senior Director of Operations, a position they held until July 2019.

Roberge began their career at PepsiCo Canada in 2010, where they gained experience in various roles. Jean-Philippe started as an Operations Management Trainee and progressed to Warehouse Supervisor, Production Supervisor, and Maintenance Supervisor. Their time at PepsiCo Canada spanned from July 2010 to December 2014.

Jean-Philippe Roberge pursued their education from 2007 to 2011 at Polytechnique Montréal. Jean-Philippe obtained a degree in Industrial Engineering, specializing in the field of Industrial Engineering.
