Billy Love

Billy Love is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer experience, strategy, and transformation across various industries. Currently serving as EVP of Customer Experience at E Source since January 2024, Billy has previously held multiple leadership roles at Utilligent, including VP of Strategy & Transformation and Director of Strategy and Solution Delivery. Prior experience includes positions at CSC - Computer Sciences Corporation as Associate Partner in Business Strategy and Senior Industry Specialist/Manager, as well as managerial roles at Bass & Company, First Data Utilities, and Peace Software. Billy's career began at The NZOnline Group and Fuji Xerox, with a foundation established at Massey University and Palmerston North Boys High School.
