Bret Simon

Bret Simon serves as the Managing Director of Strategic Growth & Transformation at E Source since August 2025, focusing on developing a sales pipeline that emphasizes transformation for utility companies and the deployment of innovative technologies. In addition, Bret is a Board Member of the Community Transportation Advisory Group (CTAG) with Pierce Transit, fostering stakeholder feedback on transportation services. Previously, Bret held the position of Utility Vertical Leader at Exodigo, enhancing business development for utility providers, and also contributed as Director of Utility Solutions at Unearth Technologies, Inc., where the focus was on optimizing utility operational capabilities. Prior industry experience includes roles at PwC, EY, and IBM Global Business Services, specializing in enterprise asset management within the power and utilities sector. Bret holds a degree in Finance and Middle Eastern Studies from the University of Arizona's Eller College of Management.
