Joe Peacock is an experienced technology leader with a diverse background in engineering and innovation. Currently serving as the Vice President of AI & Emerging Technology at E Source since September 2025, Joe also co-founded Peacock Consulting in January 2023. Previous roles include Chief Technology Officer at SelectFI from August 2024 to July 2025, and a technical program manager at Facebook from August 2016 to 2017, where Joe managed significant engineering programs for scaling infrastructure. As CTO and co-founder of GradFly from May 2013 to October 2014, Joe successfully built the MVP and engaged the initial user base, resulting in $300,000 in seed funding. Additional experience includes engineering leadership positions at ACV Auctions during its Series B round and serving as a board member at InfoTechWNY.
