Kris Williams is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in water loss control and environmental initiatives. Currently serving as a Director at E Source since December 2021, Kris has continued to focus on water loss control following the acquisition of Water Systems Optimization, where the role spanned from July 2015 to December 2021. During that time, Kris developed and implemented multi-year programs for water utility clients and authored technical reports on various water management strategies. Earlier experience includes serving as an Associate at M+R, coordinating digital fundraising campaigns, and as a Crowdfunding Consultant at hubbub.net, where recommendations were made for crowdfunding programs in higher education. Kris also held positions at Middlebury College, including Assistant Director of Annual Giving, where multi-channel marketing campaigns were executed to meet fundraising goals. Additional experience includes coaching at Middlebury Union High School and fundraising for climate change policy with NYPIRG. Kris holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Economics from Middlebury College.
