Marianne M. began their work experience in 2010 at the Housing and Community Services Agency of Lane County (HACSA) as an Energy Auditor/Inspector. Marianne then transitioned to Eugene Water & Electric Board (EWEB), where they held various roles including Energy Representative, Energy Management Specialist, Energy Resource Analyst, Behavioral Strategist, Business Line Manager, and finally as Billing Operations Manager. In 2023, Marianne M. joined E Source as the Vice President of Customer Engagement Solutions. Throughout their career, Marianne focused on optimizing customer engagement, utility revenue, energy management, and leading strategic business initiatives.

Marianne M. completed their altMBA 32 Lava for Life! program in 2019.
