Tom Martin is the VP of Commercialization and Data Science at E Source. Prior to this, they were the Managing Director of Product for Energy & Utilities at TROVE. TROVE was acquired by E Source in 2020.

Tom has over two decades of experience in data science and predictive analytics. Tom has a proven track record of delivering insights that lead to increased efficiency and profitability for their clients. Their areas of expertise include demand forecasting, program optimization, fraud identification, and customer segmentation.

Tom is a frequent speaker at industry events and has been instrumental in helping E Source become a leading provider of data-driven insights for the energy industry.

Tom Martin has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business with concentrations in Corporate Finance and Business Leadership. Tom also has a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame. In addition, they have an Energy Innovation and Emerging Technology Certificate from Stanford University as well as an Innovation and Entrepreneurship Certificate from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business. Finally, they are a LEED Accredited Professional through the US Green Building Council - St. Louis Regional Chapter.

Their manager is Ted Schultz, CEO. They work with Pete Baker - VP, Product, Data Science, Adam Stotz - CTO, and Kym Wootton - Chief Administrative Officer.
