Richa Dash

Richa Dash is an experienced marketing and employer branding professional currently serving as Lead at E Square System & Technologies Pvt Ltd since July 2024. Previously held the position of Lead in Employer Branding at Torry Harris Integration Solutions from November 2018 to July 2024, where Richa launched an AI employee advocacy tool, partnered with business unit heads to drive external webinars, and coordinated employer award nominations. Richa's career also includes roles as Senior Executive and Executive in Corporate Communications at Torry Harris, wherein various initiatives such as the rollout of a refreshed brand identity and talent branding were spearheaded. Earlier experiences include Senior Business Associate at MuseComm Pvt Ltd, Service Manager at Capital Float/Alibaba, and a management internship at Nielsen Marketing ROI.
