Noel Frumkin is an experienced sales and business development professional with a strong background in managing OEM accounts and developing strategic sales channels. Currently serving as Regional Manager for E-T-A Circuit Breakers since January 2016, Noel oversees OEM accounts, independent representatives, and distribution partners.
