Cassy Gardner

Cassy Gardner, PMP, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Operations at E Tech Group, overseeing P&L for the Vacaville operation while enhancing KPIs and ensuring client success through exceptional project delivery. With a strong background in automation, Gardner is also the founder of Y'allomation, promoting Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in Industrial Automation. Previously, Gardner held various roles at E Tech Group, including Group Engineering Manager, leading significant project revenues and mentoring engineers, while earning accolades such as the "Always Growing E Tech Award." Gardner's career began with hands-on roles in engineering and specimen preparation, complemented by an Executive MBA from Sacramento State and a Bachelor's degree in Biological/Biosystems Engineering from UC Davis.
