Jessica Wood-Rupp

Jessica Wood-Rupp has extensive work experience in corporate development and analytics. Jessica is currently the Director of Corporate Development at Methanex Corporation, a position they have held since January 2023. Prior to that, they worked as an Independent Consultant from October 2022 to January 2023. From September 2021 to September 2022, Jessica was the Director of Corporate Development at The Very Good Food Company. Jessica has also held multiple roles at Methanex Corporation, including Manager of Corporate Development and Analytics, Manager of Global Supply Chain, and Global Supply Chain Planner, from 2014 to 2021. Before their time at Methanex, Jessica worked as an Associate in Investment Banking/M&A at Scotiabank Global Banking and Markets from 2011 to 2014. Jessica started their career as an Analyst at Scotiabank from 2009 to 2011, where they worked on various notable projects involving mergers and acquisitions.

Jessica Wood-Rupp completed their Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Economics and Psychology at Queen's University from 2002 to 2006. Jessica then pursued their MBA (Co-op) in Finance at McMaster University, which they completed from 2006 to 2009.
