Cole Switzer

Cole Switzer has a diverse work experience history. Cole started their career as a Manager at Pappadeaux Restaurant in 2011, where they managed a team of managers and employees and handled customer communications and services. In 2016, they transitioned to Bow Robotics as a Software Engineer, contributing to development projects until 2018. Since then, they have been working at E Tech Group as a Lead Software Engineer, responsible for designing cross-platform product solutions, managing project labor and budget, collaborating with clients, leading teams, and conducting code reviews.
