Kate van Kirk

Kate Van Kirk currently serves as the Director of Business Process at E Tech Group since September 2017, where responsibility includes implementing project controls processes and driving continuous improvement across the organization. Prior to this role, Kate held various positions as a Project Controls Specialist at Banks Integration Group and AES (Automation Engineering Systems), focusing on maturing project controls processes and overseeing ERP transitions. Kate's earlier experience includes significant tenure at Emerson Process Management, implementing project controls for multiple projects, and serving as a Staff Accountant at Bay-Tec Engineering prior to its acquisition. Kate also has a background in administrative support and management roles, such as lifeguarding and swim instruction, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Studies from the University of California, Davis.
