Robert Harman is an accomplished engineer with extensive experience in control systems and automation. Following graduation from The Ohio State University in 2006 with a degree in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering, Robert began a career at Infor as a QA from July 2007 to August 2011. Afterward, a transition to Process Plus as a Control Systems Engineer lasted until June 2021. During this period, Robert demonstrated expertise and growth, which led to roles as a Project Engineer and later as a Senior Control Systems Engineer at Plus Group of Companies from May 2021 to March 2025. Robert also served as the Director of Software Development at Plus Group, a Salas O'Brien Company, from January 2022 to March 2025. Currently, Robert occupies the position of Senior Automation Engineer at E Tech Group, starting in March 2025.
