Alicia Doyle

Alicia Doyle has extensive experience in talent acquisition and employee engagement, currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at e-TeleQuote Insurance Inc. since November 2022. Previously, Alicia held the position of On-boarding Employee Engagement Specialist at KOMAN Holdings, LLC, where responsibilities included managing the onboarding process for nine subsidiaries of Natives of Kodiak, Inc. Prior roles include Program Coordinator and High Volume Recruiter at Cognosante and Black Turtle Services, respectively, where Alicia focused on sourcing and recruiting candidates for federal contracts and contact center positions. Alicia's career began in the creative field as a wedding photographer and included a position as Activity Director at Life Time Inc., where program development led to increased revenue and satisfaction. Alicia holds two Bachelor of Science degrees in Economics and Mass Communication/Media Studies from the University of Utah.
