Sarah Heincke

Sarah Heincke currently serves as a Manager at e.venture consulting, beginning in January 2024, following a tenure as Advisory Project Manager at Deutsche Unternehmensinitiative Energieeffizienz e. V. from March to November 2023 during a social leave from McKinsey & Company. At McKinsey & Company, from November 2020 to November 2023, Sarah worked as a Senior Associate Consultant, specializing in energy, sustainability, and decarbonization, after starting as an Associate Consultant. Previously, Sarah was a Project Fellow at the World Economic Forum and an intern at Frontier Economics, focusing on economic consulting and competition in energy markets. Academic foundations include a Diplom in Economics and Engineering from Technische Universität Dresden, complemented by international studies at institutions including Boston University and EM Strasbourg Business School.
