Angela Downs has a wealth of work experience. Angela began their career in 2001 as a Collections Representative for BellSouth Telecommunications. In 2003, they moved on to become an Expert Operator/Voice Talent for InterCall, Inc. Angela then worked as a Customer Service Representative for Medieval Times from 2008 to 2015. During that time, they also held roles as a Social Media Consultant for both The Cedalius Group and A Superior Choice, LLC. In 2016, Angela joined eVerifile as a Customer Support Specialist, supporting clients of a background screening and credentialing company. Angela currently serves as Manager, Client Success for eVerifile.

Angela Downs has an extensive education history. Angela obtained their Diploma from Fayette County High School in 1991 and their Associate's Degree from Georgia State University Perimeter College in 2014. Angela then went on to complete their Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from Southern New Hampshire University in 2017. In 2021, Angela obtained their FCRA Advanced Certification from PBSA.
