Luis Mancilla

Luis Mancilla is an HR Generalist at E-Z Bel Construction, LLC, a position held since July 2023. Prior to this role, Luis gained extensive experience at H-E-B from September 2014 to July 2023, serving in various positions including Campus Recruiting Coordinator, Help Desk Tech III, Cash Control Specialist, Business Center Representative, and Checker.
