Rifat Wasif

Rifat Wasif is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an Assistant Manager at E-Zone HRM Ltd. since July 2023, specializing in headhunting for top- to mid-level roles across various organizations. Prior to this, Rifat worked as a Senior Executive at Jamuna Group of Industries, managing the recruitment and selection process, developing an E-Recruitment Module, and overseeing employee relations. Rifat also held the position of Assistant Manager at PRAN-RFL Group, focusing on HRIS management, talent acquisition, training and development, and payroll management. Rifat began a career at Islami Bank Bangladesh Limited as a Management Trainee Officer. Rifat holds an MBA in Human Resources Management and a BBA in Management Studies from Jahangirnagar University, along with a Higher Secondary degree in Business Studies from Notre Dame College, Dhaka.
