Dena Almansoori

Dena Almansoori is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources, strategy, and artificial intelligence. Currently serving as a member of the HBR Advisory Council and holding dual roles as Group Chief AI & Data Officer and Group Chief Human Resources Officer at e&, Dena also founded and leads WhiteBox HR and mentors at Hub71 and DIFC FinTech Hive. Previous positions include Head of HR/CHRO at the Central Bank of The U.A.E. and various roles at TD, Innovative Canadians for Change, Target, and Schlumberger, where Dena has focused on talent acquisition, operational strategy, and HR management. Dena holds an MBA in Organizational Behavior from the University of Strathclyde and a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Management Information Systems from Boston University.
