Wiktor Barcicki

Wiktor Barcicki currently serves as the Head of Strategic Partnerships at e&, a role focused on managing key partnerships related to technology, knowledge, and sustainable development since July 2017. Alongside this position, Wiktor has held the title of Senior Director - Technology Economics at e& International, where oversight of telecom operations outside the UAE is conducted. Prior to joining e&, Wiktor worked as a Manager at Altman Solon, a leading strategy consulting firm in TMT, and at FTI Delta, a specialist TMT strategy consulting firm. Earlier experience includes a Senior Consultant role at PwC in Poland, where involvement in various projects spanned across market analysis, due diligence, and project management. Wiktor’s foundational experience includes internships with Citigroup and Orange Polska. Academically, Wiktor holds a Master of Science in Telecommunications from Warsaw University of Technology, alongside a Bachelor of Business Administration from SGH Warsaw School of Economics and another Bachelor of Science in Telecommunications from Warsaw University of Technology.
