Cassie Demay

Cassie DeMay is the Director of Strategy & Analytics at E15 Group, a position held since January 2023. Previously, Cassie served in several roles at Lyft, including Strategy & Operations Lead for the Midwest and Market Operations Lead, where responsibilities included performance management and team development. In prior positions at Grubhub, Cassie was a Team Lead for Operations and a Restaurant Onboarding Specialist. Cassie's experience also includes leadership roles at Nine9 The UnAgency, where performance management and data-driven decision-making were key responsibilities. Earlier career roles included Training Supervisor at Knape & Vogt Manufacturing Company and various positions in health care and education. Cassie holds a Master’s Degree in Gerontology from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor’s Degree in Multidisciplinary Studies from Siena Heights University.
