Peter Sottile

Peter Sottile is a seasoned professional in strategy and analytics, currently serving as a Senior Analyst at E15 Group since April 2023. Prior experience includes roles at Delaware North as a Purchasing Coordinator, where Peter excelled in inventory management and order processing, and at Levy Restaurants as a Senior Purchasing Manager, overseeing beverage product usage and sustainability initiatives.
