Stacey Cruz

Stacey Cruz has diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Stacey is currently the Director of Strategy & Analytics at E15 Group since March 2021. Previously, they worked at Blue Plate Catering as the Director of Business Dining, where they led strategy, sales, and operations. Stacey also served as the Business Strategy Manager, driving cross-departmental projects and acting as a liaison to sister company tesori trattoria & bar. Stacey was the Manager at Frankie's Ristorante, overseeing daily operations. Stacey gained experience as the Director of Business Development and Operations Consultant at Frogmen Logistics / Yolo Meals, contributing to their growth and development. Early in their career, Stacey worked at the Chicago Children's Museum in various roles and at Brigantine Family of Restaurants as a General Manager with P&L responsibility for two locations.

Stacey Cruz earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, where they attended from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychology at the University of Chicago from 2000 to 2004.
