Rick Phillips

Rick Phillips has over 40 years of experience in various leadership roles within the utilities industry. Rick currently serves as the Senior Vice President, Utilities West at E2 Consulting Engineers, Inc., where Rick leads a team providing engineering and construction management services. Prior to this, Rick held key positions at Southern California Gas, including Senior Director and Director roles in pipeline management, supply chain, and regional operations. Rick holds a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from UC Irvine and has pursued executive education in finance and management.
