Carlos J Rodriguez, CSST

Carlos J Rodriguez has extensive experience in the field of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE). Carlos J has served as a Project Health Safety Environment Manager at E2 Optics since 2022. Prior to this, Carlos worked as an Environmental Health and Safety Consultant at Arbill from 2017.

Carlos also held the position of Project HSE Manager at SAK Construction, LLC from 2021 to 2022. Carlos J served as an EHS Training and Compliance Manager at CD Specialty Contractors from 2019 to 2020. Before that, Carlos worked as a Safety Inspector at the Texas Department of Insurance from 2018 to 2019.

Carlos gained valuable experience as a Safety Coordinator II at Agrium from 2016 to 2017. Carlos J also held the role of EHS Manager at Brock Services, LLC from 2011 to 2016, where they managed the safety program in various industrial environments and performed field inspections.

In addition, Carlos served as the President of VITECH Services from 2000 to 2013, where they provided clients with petroleum products movement logistics solutions and ensured the safe transport of client products. Carlos J also worked as a Safety Supervisor at Lucky Professional Painting and Maintenance Services from 2010 to 2011, and at JLR Construction & Maintenance Inc. from 2008 to 2010.

Carlos J Rodriguez, CSST began their education at St. Croix Central High School from 1981 to 1984, where they obtained a Diploma with a focus on Academics. Subsequently, they attended Universidad Interamericana de Puerto Rico from 1984 to 1985, pursuing a degree in Business Administration and Management, General, which was pending completion. In terms of additional certifications, Carlos obtained several qualifications. In 2013, they received certifications in CSSS, CSST, Safety Technology, and Field Safety from the NCCER. In 1999, they became a certified SCUBA Diver through PADI. Lastly, in 2011, Carlos obtained certifications in CPR/AED and First Aid from the National Safety Council.
