Carlos J Rodriguez has extensive experience in the field of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE). Carlos J has served as a Project Health Safety Environment Manager at E2 Optics since 2022. Prior to this, Carlos worked as an Environmental Health and Safety Consultant at Arbill from 2017.

Subsequently, they attended Universidad Interamericana de Puerto Rico from 1984 to 1985, pursuing a degree in Business Administration and Management, General, which was pending completion. In terms of additional certifications, Carlos obtained several qualifications. In 2013, they received certifications in CSSS, CSST, Safety Technology, and Field Safety from the NCCER. In 1999, they became a certified SCUBA Diver through PADI. Lastly, in 2011, Carlos obtained certifications in CPR/AED and First Aid from the National Safety Council.
