Jeff Whitlock

Jeff Whitlock, CSP, is an experienced safety management professional with a strong background in various sectors, particularly in construction and emergency services. Currently serving as the Western US Strategic Account Safety Manager at E2 Optics, Jeff oversees safety operations, develops SOPs, and manages a team of safety professionals. Jeff's previous roles include Safety Director positions at Skyview Glass, Westland Construction, Houghton Plaster, and Houghton Specialty Finishes, where responsibilities included conducting training, managing injury claims, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Earlier experience as a Fire Inspector, Firefighter, and Paramedic at Orem City Fire Department provided Jeff with a solid foundation in emergency response and safety compliance. Jeff holds a Bachelor's degree in Technology Management from Utah Valley University and has received additional training at the National Fire Academy and Weber State University.
