Rahul Wagh

Rahul Wagh is a seasoned investment professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, investment banking, and strategic partnerships. Currently serving as the Director of Investments and M&A at E20 Investment LTD., since June 2024, Rahul leads new investment initiatives and oversees portfolio performance for a prominent UAE investment holding company. Prior to this role, Rahul was the Managing Director at Inflection Point Ventures, where responsibilities included expanding the investor base in the GCC region and managing startup evaluations. With a solid background as a Partner at Altus Global Advisors, a Senior Advisor at National Bank of Oman, and a Senior Director at Alpen Capital, Rahul has demonstrated expertise in deal origination, advisory services, and financial structuring across diverse sectors. Rahul holds a Fellow Chartered Accountant designation from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Master of Commerce degree from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
